Incredible Women of Color Foundation

Funding access to environments of return.

Access to environments that support identity, voice, leadership, and lasting transformation - so access is not the barrier.

Receive Access

Begin the Rhythm

For women who can name what has become clear, but need structure, support, and follow-through.

Fund Access

Give the Door

For donors who want their gift to preserve access, not produce another inspirational moment.

Access to environments of return is not distributed equally. The Foundation exists to expand access to the environments that make sustained transformation possible.

What Access Means

The barrier is not always desire. Sometimes it is the room.

A cohort seat. Scholarship support. Materials. Mentorship. A facilitated environment strong enough to hold after recognition.

Condition

Identity disruption

When a woman is ready to return to herself, the cost of the room should not determine whether the work begins.

Return

Voice and rhythm

The work restores language, cadence, and support around what has already become visible.

Artifact

Governed access

Every gift is tied to a preserved environment, not a vague feeling of help.

Request Access

Begin where the return is already visible.

This is a way to understand what kind of access would fit the condition.

The Foundation routes women toward cohorts, scholarships, materials, mentoring, and facilitated environments connected to the In-Count-Her Rhythm.

Donate

Some gifts open the door. Others sustain it.

Give once to open immediate access, or give monthly to preserve the environment over time.

$25Materials and resources that make participation possible.
$75Care support around a guided environment of return.
$250Scholarship support toward a facilitated seat.
$500Expanded access for a cohort, partner site, or sponsored room.
Programs and Impact

The work is not inspiration. It is supported return.

IWoC Foundation preserves access to environments where identity, voice, leadership, and lasting transformation can be practiced with structure.

  • Activation cohorts Guided spaces where women recover language for what has been muted, delayed, or buried.
  • Resources Materials and practices that help recognition become rhythm instead of a passing moment.
  • Leadership Formation for women whose voice is returning and whose decisions now need structure.
  • Mentorship Facilitated support around the transition from insight to steady return.
  • Scholarships Financial support that keeps readiness from being blocked by cost.
Partner

Build access where return is already trying to happen.

Partnership belongs where a community, ministry, organization, or donor wants to preserve access with care and governance.

Sponsor access

Founder

The barrier is not always desire. Sometimes it is the room.

What changed my life was not information. It was access to a rhythm of return.

The Foundation exists because readiness should not be blocked by access.
